Our experienced team knows how to embellish metal by hand. We push parts in a multitude of formats, sizes and in various types of materials. This technique allows us great flexibility.
Manual Metal Embossing:
This is the ideal solution to produce a larger quantity of parts in various types of metals, while maintaining consistency in execution.
Metal Folding:
We offer bending service for parts up to a maximum of 48 '' wide and 1/8 '' thick.
Mussels:
Most of the wood or metal molds are made on site to meet the demand of our customers. We can also offer you the choice of more than 1000 existing molds between 1 '' and 46 ''.
Forming
Our two types of industrial rollers allow us to form parts up to 48 '' wide and 1/8 '' thick.
Sandblasting
The parts we make can be sanded on site. We also offer the brushed finish as well as anodization.
Spot welding
When your parts require additional manufacturing or accessories, we can do it with a spot welding process.
Types of Materials Used:
Aluminum
We mainly use 1100-0 ranging in thickness from .030 to .125
Metal
We mainly use the cold roll with a thickness of 24 gauges to 12 gauges.
Galvanized steel
The thickness varies between 11 gauges and 24 gauges.
Santiné steel
The thickness varies between 11 gauges and 24 gauges.
Copper
The thickness varies between .30 and .080
Brass
The thickness varies between .30 and .080
