3D Printing
3D printing (additive manufacturing) builds parts layer by layer directly from a digital model, making it one of the fastest ways to turn a design into a physical part — without the tooling, lead time or minimum quantities that traditional manufacturing methods require.
Pro-Spin uses FDM 3D printing with PLA Pro1 filament, available in a range of colours, on a build volume of 700 x 700 x 820 mm (27.5" x 27.5" x 31"). It's an ideal complement to our metal manufacturing capabilities — used for rapid prototypes, custom jigs and fixtures, and visual or fit-check models before committing to metal production.
