Welding & Spot Welding
Welding and spot welding at Pro-Spin support both structural joining and fine assembly work. Conventional welding is used to join heavier components and structural assemblies, while spot welding is well suited to joining sheet metal at multiple precise points — common in enclosures, brackets and multi-panel assemblies.
Pro-Spin also offers advanced laser welding through our TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 5030, which combines 5-axis laser cutting and laser welding on a single machine. This allows complex 3D-cut components to be welded with excellent accuracy, repeatability and edge quality, often eliminating the need for secondary finishing.
As one of the final steps in our manufacturing process, welding brings together parts produced through metal spinning, laser cutting, bending, punching and machining into a single, finished assembly — all without leaving our Montréal facility.
